We want to introduce ourselves as Government licensed warehouse operators in Karnataka having space at Davangere, Haveri, Ranebennur, Hubli, Bangalore (Hosakote and Whitefield), Belgaum, Gulbarga, Bijapur, Shimoga, Chitradurga, opening shortly at Mangalore, Koppal, Bellary and Raichur.

The company was incorporated in October 2004 under the patron ship of Late Sri. Dibdalli Rajashekar, who particularly thought on helping small farmers and local traders of Davangere to store small quantities of their agricultural produce and get the loans from the banks to meet there immediate needs.

We have done considerable business in the storage of agricultural commodities like Corn, Paddy, Pulses, Rice, and Araechenut and in finished products the storage of Sugar, Fertilizers and Pesticides in the above places. Our storage capacity put together at all the locations is 150000 MT.

Our customer list includes companies like Suguna, ITC, Adani Enterprises Ltd, Cargill India Ltd, AWB, many poultry farmers, Coramandel International Ltd, Nagarjuna Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd, Madras Fertilisers Ltd, Indian Potash Ltd, FACT Ltd.

We are having another sister concern of ours M/s Naveen Logistics Private Ltd working on the logistics part to provide the supply chain management for our customers. By delivering the material at the required delivery points through road or by wagon movement as is convenient to them. Also, in the particular company we are C&F agency for many fertilisers companies.

Support Aspects:

We are offering a unique management information system on web to all our customers by giving them a Login ID and password which is unique for the customer.

The MIS includes daily reports of,

•  Inward of stocks by giving every required details like the Lorry number, the name of the supplying party, the moisture of the material, weight of the material received by the particular lorry etc., 
  
• The above particulars will be given while there is delivery of the material.
  
• The deliveries can be affected by an indent sent through e-mail to us; and the stocks will be delivered at the desired location.
  
• We are giving details of the fumigation work carried on the material by which you can determine the time for delivery of the material.
  
• The market rates are recorded based on the quality of the material like Good, Fair and Average (the rates recorded will be mandi rates as on the specified date).
  
• We arrange the interaction meet between our customers and the local suppliers.
  

We are tied up with many banks to help our customers largely farmers and traders to get advances on the material stored with us by creating lien to the bankers at a very attractive rate of intrest

With all the above facilities we offer the storage space at the above locations Our charging pattern is inclusive of the insurance, pest control and security with the MIS being provided.

We also take up domestic and industrial pest control work in another of our firm ‘Sri Guru Pest control Services’. We provide treatment for any kind of pest infestation.

We are also having a franchisee of Airtel in Davangere, Where we provide the services of postpaid, prepaid, Data, DTH through the Airtel Relationship Centre.

We are also into trading in our firm Naveen Traders, where we deal with comodities.
